i would not be telling be experince..but what I have read is that companies are now infact promoting workplace romances as a measure to increase retention rate..I don't whether it works..about the prons and cons thing I believe everything has two side one bad and one good..applying the same thing even workplace romances may be good in some cases and not so good in others.
