Hello everyone,
Recieving money on both Paypal and Alertpay is free if you have a personal account. But when you upgrade your account to personalpro on Alertpay and bussines on Paypal, they charge a fee when you recieve money. I stupidly upgraded my paypal and alertpay accounts and I want to downgrade now. Upgraded accounts have some benefits like higher send-recieve money limits or less credit card fees but it is surely worse for me.
I couldn't find an option to downgrade my account. Do you know how to do it? Should I email their support?

ON Alertpay you can contact support and they will downgrade your account to a Personal Starte Account.
I did it this way some months back when I made the same mistka as you.
Happy posting!

Please let us know when your problem is resolved.
I believe they are very quick to deal with these things.

Paypal does allow you to have 2 accounts, a business account and a personal account, although you need different e-mails for both. If you still can't downgrade your account, you might want to consider starting a new account.

Can I ask a question? Did you try to withdraw the $2 from your account? Would they charge the same amount if the amount you withdrew was higher? My account at Paypal was upgraded, I don't know how it will affect me.

Do you mean the payout by Neobux? The fee for recieving is %2.5 + $0.25 So withdrawing large amounts of money is more profitable. Because of that additional 25 cents. For example if you withdraw $1, you will lose more than 1/4 of your money but if you withdraw $10, the fee will be .50, this is 1/20 of your money. If you upgraded your account, you will be charged fees everytime you recieve money.
Sorry if this isn't the answer of your question.
