Yes, I actually do my friend. I'm currently on my 4th year in the call center industry and I've tried quite a few lines of businesses such as tech support, billing, research, and customer service. It is tough especially in the starting stages as you'll be talking for almost the entire 9 hours shift (except for breaks and avail time). It's tiring but I always drive and motivate myself and I always see to it that I'm happy. It does take its toll on the body though. Everyone is vulnerable to stress both physical and emotional. Physical stress is common as the shifting (changing of schedules) happens quite a lot in some centers and the work hours vary throughout the entire 24 hours. But it is fun. You'll have lots of friends and there are usually a lot of activities for the entire program.

I don't have a call center experience. However, I know a friend who had this working experience in the past. The pressure was so high and she didn't feel happy everyday because most of the customers called to complain about anything. Some of the customers call for nothing. Some call because they feel bored. And no matter what, you still have to keep a good attitude. That's not easy at all. I love China
