Can you resist the itch and avoid scratching your skin?

when your skin is really itchy...do you scratch it???me i can't resist it...i don't know how to avoid it...sometimes it would turn my day so bad ...hihiihi...^_^

as much as possible, I really don't scratch the itchy part of my skin. it will leave a scars on it, and the more you scratch, the more it will become more itchy.. if you really can't help it, just wash the itchy part, and put petroleum jelly on it.

It is difficult to not scratch it but if you try hard enough and just let your mind go blank it will go away. At least to the extent that you do not have the urge anymore.
