Hi buddies! m a HR professional ..just started wid my career..if we compare the regular on campus academic programs with that of non campus part time programs in terms of actual practical learning of a student then I think flexible programs hold more credit than the regular ones...specially the PG Programs...I have observed in terms of the regular management PG programs that most of the subjects are repeated and are based on what a person learns during the graduation..moreover its just about having clssroom based discussions . Yes internship and projects are there to reduce the gap between theoratical and practical learning but it still persists... and after the completion of the program a student has a lot to learn before actually statrting up with what he/she has learnt in the classroom... Now if sombody gets statrted eith the career and goes for the off campus program after the graduation, It would help the student acquire that knowledge with the arrengment for suitable number of interactive training sessions and a full fledge practical exposure at a regular job...and after the completion of the program the student is not a fresher but is an experienced candidate deserving for a better prospects than that of regular PG student...investing lesser amount of time and money...well I think thats a great idea...sooooo...dear friends...what do u think about it???
