when a person moves from one culture

i want to ask ,when a person moves from one culture to another,what does he feel? how does the psychological transition affect one‘s self-worth?

Its kinda hard to adjust but i am still trying.I found it interesting that people from different culture have different way of doing and understanding stuffs.

I don't think changiing cultures has anything to do with self worth really, everyone must just be themselves and think of themselves as a human being put on this earth to enjoy everything they can and not be restricted by what man laws or anything is put in front of them..just be happy
