I use advil or biogesic to relieve my headaches, i just lie down in bed and have a little nap. Sometimes headaches triggers due to our lack of sleep or we dont have that much sleep, stress and other health factors. And taking a little rest is really effective.

I really could not tell you; because very seldom do I get headaches. Maybe once in every six months, and when I do I just lay down for about an half hour, and it goes away. I have taken Advil for other aches and pains I get,and it seems to work pretty good.

I know The best way to get rid of bad head aches, stomach aches and cramps throughout the body..the best way is to rub this medicine in the place where it hurts
i think its called"tiger balm" its like herbs and after you rub it in your skin you
feel like its burning your skin but in a good way it doesn't hurt. Then you should take a nap and you'll be sweating a little but you can sleep in comfort if you use
this medicine.No side affects.
