how to earn in mystery shopping?

Hi friends.
i have read in many places that people are earning in mystery shoping.i dont know what is it?is anybody here who is earning like that?i esnt to know whta is that mystery shopping and how to earn through it?

Mystery shoppers evaluate the customer service in stores, restaurants, and other businesses. They pose as regular customers, make observations, sometimes covertly take pictures, and then they go home and fill out a report about their experience. I see you are in India. I don't know about companies who hire for that in your country.
