it depends upon what you mean by dieting i dont think these fads diets are any good but if you are changing your ways of eating to healthy foods then yes. diet correctly and do exercise is important and the right way to do it.

I eat healthy food for my diet, eat 5-6 small meals a day or as long as I feel hungry, and fitness routine three times a week. It helped me lose weight for 3 months.

I dont think that dieting in the sense of completely cutting certain things out of your diet is an effective way to lose weight because by completely cutting something out, you feel deprived and can easily give up on the diet. I think the way to lose weight, for most people, is not to have the goal of losing weight as quickly as possible but instead deciding to get healthy. By simply eating more sensible food items, using common sense and moderation as your guide to losing weight, you will be able to drop the pounds and keep them off, resulting in long-term weight loss and improving health.
