Vatamin is very important to our health and we need it every day. How do you get your vitamin? Do you get it from your food or from vatamin pills? Someone gets vatamin from pills because it is very convenient while others get it from their food because they think vitamin in food is better than that made by human beings. What's your opinion about vitamin?

I try to eat as much vegetables as possible instead of eating pills. Before I didn't eat as much vegetables and I ate pills to keep my body going and I can only say that you feel so much better while eating vegetables that pills. It makes you feel so much healthier and the best of all is that you don't need to eat all thet junk to get satisfied.

Hi there! I get my vitamins from both. Either way you get I think is good. Having a balance diet is one way of getting vitamins from all kinds of food. It is the best way still but taking pills is one to supplement the vitamins that you don't get enough from eating. Ciao!

Vitamin C is very important when trying to keep your immune system intact. I buy the drops that look like they are in cough drop forms. I look for the one that says it contains Vitamin C on the bag. This is 100% of the daily value that you are supposed to get. I usually take 1 a day. If I start to feel like I'm coming down with something, I up it to 2 or 3 that day. It works and the next day I feel like it for the most part went away. I am trying to incorporate more types of vitamins into my everyday life, but for now this works for me.
