How bout cooking for your hubby. Make something that you dont usually make. Something like a different pasta dish. Candle light dinner. You could save electricity at the same time. LOL. But really, I think its romantic if you prepare for it. It's the thought of remembering and the effort that counts and not the how much would it cost. Happy anniversary to you and your hubby! :)

Another idea is putting together a "treasure hunt." You can determine how much $$ you put into it. It does take time and effort but oh my goodness...it is so much fun (if you and your hubby are "into" that kind of thing). I put one together a few years ago for my boyfriend at the time. I had him driving all over town (favorite places we have been together or places we enjoy, etc.). I had him going to the restaurunt - where we had our first date (which was the clue by the way...it took him a few minutes to remember - ha ha). He went to our favorite place in a near by park (I left the next clue under a bench). He had to go to a store - where we rent movies (leaving the clue - with the help and permission of the store manager - on our favorite movie). It took over three hours to finish (yeah...I kind of went over board). The final clue sent him to his place - where I had prepared dinner and rented our favorite movie. I also purchased little "gifts" and left them with some of the clues. I had his favorite drink at one - I bought some beef jerky (another of his favorites) with another clue - a book he had been wanting was left with another clue...etc. It doesn't have to be expensive...and you do not have to have him go all over town (especially with gas prices as they are)...you can have him find clues throughout the neighborhood, or just at home...be creative and think of awesome and fun clues. It can be a lot of fun and you can be creative with the final GIFT! :-) I hope you and your hubby enjoy your big day! Happy Anniversary!

hi there! well i think that anything that would make your anniversary memorable would really be appreciated by your partner. You could still go for the romantic dinner for two with all the candles, flowers and music. This is quiet romantic. then after this, maybe you could go on a place where you could dance and remember about you past together, your years, the silly things that you have done, good laughs that you have...and things that you want to talk about. or maybe you could also go for a vacation or if your budget wouldn't permit it. you could visit a place in your locality which you have been planning to visit for some time now. you can take the day off, then call your hubby and ask him to meet you in a place where you have such a memorable experience together. then proceed to the place or places where you have always want to see. then maybe you could continue with the candle light dinner. dont be afraid to divert from what is always the customs. dont worry to much about it, just remember that in the end of the day, your feelings for each other is what would matter the most. Advance happy anniversary to you and your partner! may you have more fruitful years together! Bless You.
