Earlier today my mom got on the computer and ended up updating mozilla, I think it was version 3. Well I didn't like it and neither did she...we ended up restoring the computer because we didn't know how else to get it back to the older version. I probably should have looked on the internet for a download first, but she suggested doing that and I just did it. Anyways well ever since I restored the computer I can't get mozilla open. I have tried restoring it again, I have tried to uninstall it install an older version. I don't know what else to do. When I click on the Mozilla Icon I get this message: firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of somehting, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidentail and anonymous. To see what data this error report contains, click here. Then the pop up has two buttons which say send error report, and the other says don't send. I have tried to hit send error report and it really doesn't do anything to fix the problem. I was just wondering if anyone knew what was going on, if anyone had any other problems with mozilla like this? Is nothing going to work for me today, seems like everything I go to do something is messing up!

This happened to me the first time I downloaded Mozzila Firefox 3. If you also have internet explorer on your computer, simply go to "control pannel" and from there on, remove firefox from your computer. Then use internet explorer to re-download it.

I will try it one more time, but I have already done that. Sounds like the same exact thing happened to you as it did with me. Hopefully it will work this time.
