Previously, i dug in to a new genre of music.its metal.i made this discussion to find new friends to introduce me or make me more interested in this genre.Dont hesitate, comment out rockers.

How "metal" are we talking here? There are many sub-genres of this type of music so the possibilities are endless! There are many eras to take into consideration as well. Pantera, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Megadeath, Metallica (Their older stuff) and many, many more. Then there is the more up to date or more modern Metal bands which I am sure that others can share with you as I honestly don't know who's up there today?

well, as you say there are many sub-genres of metal(some of which bands you mentioned, i know), thats why i ask if somebody who can more invite to learn or know about any sub-genre of metal.

Hey there...I'm considered to be quite the "metal head" by everyone I know...If you need a list of awesome metal bands that you might not have heard of, look now further, I got you covered... Mnemic (amazing band, one of my favorites) The Haunted By Night Darkest Hour (check these guys out FOR SURE...The newest album especially) Darkane After the Burial The Agony Scene ...I could go on forever, but I'll just leave you with these bands for now...Enjoy and let me know what you think! -Mike
