Tackling poverty, healthcare, unemployment, education ,energy resources and our envoirnment, epidemics and calamities..... and there is so much more that constantly requires more and more money and resources. Yet there is a constant endeavour and an increasing expenditure and outflow of resources towards defense and war spending, space travel, recreational development and so on.... These issues are specific to our countries and need to be looked at from a global perspective as well. Is money and resources being spent where needed least ? It would seem so. What would you suggest we spend less on ?

Dear friend, the demand for higher expenditure will continue to rise in future in response to growing population and infrastructural needs.India needs to explore all possible srategies to sustain its growth momentum, through optimum allocation and utilisation of its vast natural and human resources. It needs to sress more on downsizing its vast army of Government employees through greater application of advanced tecnology of communication and E-governance.India needs to focus more on speeding up of reforms on public and tax administration, foriegn investment, efficient local governance,public-private partnership, privatisation of service delivery systems in health care, education and infrastructure, minimisation of all wasteful expenditure in adminisration and Governance.Thanks.

You have made some very valid points my friend. Especially in a developing country like ours, this becomes more evident and important. Thanks & have a great day.
