What do you consider more reliable as a search engine- Google or Yahoo ?

It's not a secret that the two most predominant search engines are Yahoo and Google. Based on your own epxerience which among the two gives a more detailed or more refined search? What would yield a better search result between the two? Or would you rather go straight to wikipedia? Your input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
