How do you move on? What's the first step of moving on from a problem?

After a problem or a big storm in our life, we always say we'll move on. We frequently say that we have to move on but how do wee really move on? I know it's hard to do that. What are the primary steps and ways of moving on then? Is it always worth it to move on? Thank you for sharing.

I have weathered many storms in my life and perhaps the biggest was when i was told that i would be confined to a wheelchair permanently for life and this when i was only 24 yrs old.Of course that situation came only after 22 yrs.I had been diagonized with a progressive neuromuscular disease and had been told never to get married. As soon as i was told this instead of breaking down i resolved to fight back and not give up.This resolve helped me in my life and i went on as though nothing had happened and looking at my strong will power i got the support of my family and friends. One can be down but never out.Once the problem has been understood it is vital to accept it and then with a cool mind go on to try and solve it.If it is unsolvable then one must not give up but try to make the best of the situation and then go ahead because giving up can lead to disastrous results.I did the same and lead a near normal life and am still doing the same.

i read this somewhere. the first step always should be to DEFINE the very problem. If you are able to QUESTION it properly, the answer sure lies in the question itself. THAT is what the theory goes on to prove. And, they have coined a wonderful word -- t0 overcome the problems. They call it QUESTION TO ABUNDANCE. they all assemble (all people involved with the problem), and start shooting questions. The questions get smoothened and refined. and, when they finally arrive at the CORRECT QUESTION, which defines their problem, they again sit together to answer it. I think, answering the question is better left to the subject experts. I am always with theories. lols.
