How many genuin money making sites are there? who are really paying payment???

i have heard from a lot of people that a lot of PTC sites vanishes away after few days of using. they are nothing but scams. i wanted to know from my firends that how many ptc or ptr sites are there in the internet. so that i can go through the proper channel without wasting my time.
