Evaluating different ways to make money on the web

Has anyone found a web site that allows people to evaluate ways to make money on the Internet? I have looked but can't find one. I would like to find one that allows people to give their opinions on cash making plans so I can see what other people think are the best ones and why.

i have found one that i really like i was referred to scavengercash.net i joined last week and did only 3 post i was paid in my paypal yesterday $3.50 in my account. i was very happy iam annjilena there so if you join look me up.

No, I dont have a blog I am not good at it. Thats just one I always consult & follow. She seems to be pretty good. I don't know her personally. If you do surveys heres a good one to review them http://www.yourfreesurveys.com/wordpress/ its not a referral link or my referral link either.
