This is my 11th year in school. Last year i felt like school was more important than i do today. Is there something about almost being a senior that makes you not care? I live in a town of 600, with pre-k through 12th being about 220 kids. I dont know maybe its just normal?

Your school sounds like the school my daughter goes to. I sometimes think that is what it is (being close to being a senior) that makes you not care as much. You feel like you are almost done and maybe want to start moving on with your life. I think my sons friends felt like that. My son didn't have the option to feel like that as he had a struggle to make up classes due to missing 80 days of school because of being sick. But I know that comments his friends made were kind of like "I wish I was done" & "I don't want to do this anymore". Enjoy your 11th grade and then you will be a senior and can enjoy it even more. These years go by fast so make the best of them. Have a great school year.
