Who owns the moon?

I came across this question and I was wondering what kind of answers that I would get. I have looked up the answer also, so, who is going to get this one right?

nobody owns the moon. fact is, there is a treaty that states no man or country has the right to own the moon. sovereignty, discoveries, missions and etc. can ever be a basis for any lunar ownership.
there is the Outer Space Treaty that supports this fact. =)
but in anybody's delusion, sure..why not own the moon. hehe

No one owns the moon- - or in actuality, anything else for that matter, even the land and your house are merely borrowed for the term of your life after that, it goes to someone else. The US was the first to LAND on the moon, but it certainly did not DISCOVER it so it cannot lay claim to ownership of it...nor can any other country or person; just as no one OWNS the earth or any of the other planets.
