Do you have any unusual food interests? I like BLT sandwiches with peanut butter on one side of the toast and mayonnaise on the other side. It's great because the peanut butter just melts right into the bacon. My mother enjoyed tomatoes with sugar on them; most people I think use salt. We also salted our watermelon. Mom also liked fried green tomatoes. Is that something people still enjoy today. I loved having a tin roof. A chocolate ice cream sundae with peanuts on the top. Finally I remember at the fairgrounds the first time I tried french fries with malt vinegar on them. It's hard to believe, ...but it has a sweet taste. In Germany they eat french fries with mayonnaise on them instead of ketchup!!!! It tastes great, but it sure is more fattening. What are your food interests. Maybe you have something we can try at home that is a little different. .....Oh, here is another one....gingersnap cookies with cream cheese. Oh it tastes good.

Sorry to say this but: eew! I like peanut butter alone or with bananas but never bacon! The fried green tomatoes I can stand. I like anything fried. I eat mushrooms, cheese, broccoli, squash, and cauliflower fried. :) I eat french fried withmayo and ketchup. I've tried it with vinegar in a pub in Toronto. I t didn't taste bad but I still prefer mayo or ketchup. I've also had fried with an ice cream sundae. Quite good but nothing beats mayo or ketchup. I guess we all have our quircky sides. :)
