How do u alleviate your greif when u r feling awful

I work out. Normally push myself harder than a normal workout. And I tend to feel better afterwards.

I'm one of those people who uses sleep as an escape when I'm feeling sad, lonely, anxious, overwhelmed, etc. It's not healthy I know..

generally i cry (if i m home) or just go for shopping.believe me it is big reliever.
