Isn't it odd how nobody in NYC or urban cities never win the mega millions?

It's always someone on a farm, someone very old enough to die soon before they spend it all, or some area where there's no such thing as public transportation. Don't get me wrong, few have won from urban areas in the past, but its mostly outside of that type of environment. Hmmm... Maybe if I move to some hick town, then it will increase my "lotto sense"... thoughts?
