VIP bux

So I was thinking about buying refs from a site called VIP bux. It was the first site I ever signed up for but I only have four dollars so far, mainly because I don't have any refs. I was wondering if anyone here has 1) Been successfully paid out by VIP bux, 2) Bought refs from VIP bux and/or 3) Knows how long VIP bux takes to pay out it's users once payout is reached. Any information would be extremely helpful. Thank all of you in advance.

I am a member here - I have 17 referrals 10 of whom I purchased. I have been paid once, I have another payment in process and I am ready for my next payout I am tracking my referrals but it is to early to say if they have been a success.
