nightmares

i have lots of nightmares, usually between 3 to 4 a week, does anyone know how to cut this number down? is there even a way?

Write in a journal. Nightmares are caused by major thoughts which linger in your mind as you are falling asleep. By writing on a journal you can help your mind move on from the thoughts that are troubling you.

do you mean a dream journal or a regular journal?

A regular journal. You can write what you did during the day and what you felt about it so it doesn't intrude into your subconscience when you are sleeping.

something in your life might be affecting you, and you could be facing lots of stress in real life. find the root of your problem. solve it. and you can also take up some relaxing exercise such as yoga and you can also try jogging.it will clear your mind and it will also bring you a much better health. and it will reduce the numbers of nightmares you have.
