Doctor Who - Who is your favorite Doctor andh characters in the series?

I been watching Doctor Who and I remember watching the older one when I was a kid with my mom. I only watched really when Tom Baker was on there playing the Fourth Doctor and did catch the new series on BBC America with Chris Eggleston(Ninth Doctor) and Daniel Tennant(Tenth Doctor). Who is your favorite doctor and did you like any other characters? I always thought that the Daleks were very funny and especially when they go EXTERMINATE!
