how to lose weight

its been two months since i started my diet but still i'm centuries away of losing my weight. is there other effective ways to lose weight by not doing through surgery. i got want to lay on that operationg table...

I can help you on this. My officemate was following a diet routine these days. She never eats any food excpet oatmeal. She was just 2 weeks in doing it and all of us in the office really noticed the change in her body. It's really effective.

There is no other safety way to lose weight except by doing workouts ... Eat healthy, don't eat carb too much, this can turn the carb on your body become fat if you didn't get a workout, eat plenty of fiber, eat frequently .. reduce your portion of food when you eat, but stay on time to eat frequently .. Workouts and diet is the number one killing body fat way from many years ago until now, i know it's hard, but if you have strong desire to life healthy, you will succeed reach your goal .. Stay healthy ^_^

Sports and have a diet .And eating apples is a good way to lose weight ,at the same time,you'd better have no food except apples and water .I hear that swimming is the best sport to reduce weight .Have a try! Of course, health is the most important thing for us.

ok...if you can just follow these few instructions.... 1. Always wake up early in the morning, about 6 am or 7 am max.. 2. Go for an half an hour walk or jog in the morning, i know jogging is difficult when someone just wakes up , so its not a neccessity you can simply walk for 30 minutes. 3. Eat a cornflakes or 3 eggwhites in the morning with a fruit..and replace your regular bread with multigrain bread. 4.At lunch have proper food that you eat , but just reduce the quantity to half. 5. Join a gym and do some cardio and weights for an hour, very neccessary. 6. Eat dinner before 9 pm and go for a small walk after that , try to eat only salads in dinner , and if still hungry eat a bowl of conflakes. 7.Never skip meals , eat a slice of any fruit if you feel hungry anytime during the day. 8. Be patient just remember the body took alot of time to gain weight , so it will take some time to lose the first few kilos and as you get used to exercising you`ll notice losing weight was not so difficult.
