Have you ever seen a document that had a page saying "THIS PAGE LEFT BLANK

INTENTIONALLY"? Doesn't that mean the page is not blank? I wondered why they have that pages, so anyone, who knows and who sees some document like that?

who knows? i think they just like messing w/people like me that don't understand what the heck they are talking about to begin with. legal mumdo jumbo is not for me.

can you believe that they had to start doing that because people would think there was missing information sometimes they have a blank page left in a document because some of those documents might be getting something extra inserted in that spot by some poor sap (like me) to go thru and insert in just that place - who then gets the pleasent duty of pulling it out while they insert the info when labor was cheaper, they often had enough poor saps to also pull the blank pages out of the other documents - but these days, a cost saving measure - paper is cheaper than the labor of pulling it out - they leave it in so - don't you feel special now - you didn't get something extra in you mail?
