Found a house!!

So I have been looking to move out of grandmas house for a while now and we just found a 3 bedroom house for rent for $650 a month! The guy has to fix it up cause someone drove through the front of it so the stones are crumbled. that will give us some more time to come up with the security and first month's rent. it is so nice though, it has a deck and a back yard and a huge bathroom, nice kitchen, big bedrooms and comes with a washer and dryer. I am gonna try to get a second job a few nights a week to get some more cash so I can save even faster. My boyfriend said him and his friend can pay the rent and I can just pay the utilities. that will really help out for a while until I can get some money in the bank.

Congratulations for finding a new house angelface23. Its nice to hear that your happy with the layout of the new house. Seems to be a very big house. Initially when a house is just bought it gets difficult to pay for things but once your well settled it will be fine and nice too.
I'm sure your grandma will feel sad to see you'll move out because that is what usually happens. Have a nice time at your new place. Enjoy yourself.

Congratulations for finding your new home is sounds lovely and as soon as its fixed up i'm sure you'll both be very happy there :) its a big step getting your own place but have SO much more freedom, you will be able to relax and go about your new home as your wish. Its a brilliant feeling gettin your very first place. I'm sure its going to be fabulous well done!
