who will you choose the past or the present?

It seems you got your topic based on the TV show (telebabad) in GMA the Filipino version of Kim Sam Soon .. Oh well, if I am on that situation of course I will choose the one who is right now.. Since, he is just my past and he broke my hurt too so bad then I think he don't deserved a second chance especially now that there is already someone who owns my heart.. Actually, I can stay with him but not as a lover but as a friend.. I can just live my present relationship just because he is dying.. And besides if ever I'll choose him I don't think that I still love him, I choose him it is just because I pity on him .. Well, past is past and no matter what he will do he can't never returned the past but just face the consequences in the present and that consequences is I am not choosing him or coming back into his life...

hmm... sometimes i like to be in the past just like to go back to my high school life, but im here now, dont have any chance to go back. the only thing i can do about the past is to have my experiences good or bad and make the as lessons also for the present life.

I will let my ex lover learn to realize that I've fallen in love with someone who treats me like a king/queen and I could never give that up for someone who did not apreciate my happiness. I will let my ex lover know that I will always be there for him/her but as a friend who would be there for a friend.

I would stay in my current relationship as my wife is my best friend. I was once good friends with my ex and currently friendly with her, but it goes no further. The betrayals and lost trust/respect still hurt after nearly 30 years.

noooooooo ofcourse not why did he dump you in the first place? because he thought you were no longer good enough for him and then after a few years he suddenly realises you are worth his while? it doesnt work like that, you should not even be considering it. think about it if he was not sick dying would he still come back?

Hi aize, no way I'd take him back. I'd feel great that he wants me back after breaking my heart. In fact i'd feel great that I'm currently in a relationship and being happy. I'd be sayin like now you are suffering, serves him good. hehe.
