Anyone uninstalling Chrome (Google's new browser) due to its EULA?

Chrome, Google's new browser, just hit the internet yesterday afternoon. So, is anyone uninstalling Chrome because of it's rather restrictive EULA? There have been several articles posted on the internet about how Chrome's EULA states that users of it have to "give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and nonexclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services." Quite a hefty statement there. The good thing is that Chromium, the open source build of Chrome does not have such a license, so I may just go and nab that.
