Do members get paid for surfing a prelaunch PTC site

I'm a member of a PTC site which is in the prelaunch stage. I signed up yesterday because it's giving away a free premium membership (worth 90dollars) to everyone who signs up before its launch a week from now. When I logged in, I see that they are already serving ads and the counts register thousands of clicks. I wonder if the admin is going to pay its members for those clicks. What do you think?
