$30 to start your own PTC???

Hi, was clicking earlier this afternoon on one of my ptc sites and one ad was that of a new PTC site (sorry I forgot what it was). The web layout was really nice. Somethin' like neobux but a little better. Read the front page and I was shocked to see what was on the bottom. It went like, "Wanna Start Your Own PTC?" PTC script Rate - $30, for reseller rights - $60. Wow, no wonder every minute there seem to be a new PTC born and scams are even more. Anybody seen that ad? Wasn't able to post a thread right away earlier as I was busy. Can't even remember which site was I clickin' ads.. Thanks, happy mylotting to you!!!
