1. Hot dogs: Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate. 2. Processed meats and bacon: Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer 3. Doughnuts Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer 4 French fries: ....... 5 Chips, crackers, and cookies: .........

You are very right. I believe you one hundred percent. I like this topic and I hope the readers here will learn from these. I have always been careful about the food I prepare for my family. I know the sodium nitrates found in processed food such as hotdogs, bacon, ham, and canned meat products are dangerous and I don't understand why people keep on patronizing them despite being told about this fact. I for one have been telling my relatives about this but they are just laughing it off. Doughnuts? I never eat that and those chips and cookies and french fries all with transfat and hydrogenated oil. How could the BFAD allow these poisonous food run in the market? I'm so sad with this reality. I keep on telling my friends and relatives about this but they have continuously ignored.

Don't worry, that is the nature of most people. They don't like to change their minds because they think that they are always correct.

Wow really? I didn't know this. But thanks for posting. I do love to eat fries and cookies and chips, but it's not like I eat them everyday. I'm not really that much of a fan of hotdogs too.

Yes, you are right! I used to have these foods you mentioned here, I liked them very much in the past time, but now I do not have them absolutely since I read a report one year ago. I know these foods easily let people become fat firstly, and then cause cancer or some other serious diseases. Let us apart from these foods forever to keep us healthy.
