I was thinking of going into NUrsing as a career. I don't want to be a full Registered nurse. I just want to be a licensed practical nurse... lpn. The school for this is only one year and about 7000 dollars.
Anyone ever done this or is anyone a nurse here?
I was also considering being a general practitioner docter. but that would be a lot more school.
any comments advice?

if nursing career in your place have place in your hospitals, then go for it. i assure you it is a very rewarding career to have.
7000 dollars is really big amount for LPN... here in Philippines, that will support your 4 year course for RN.

Yes but I believe our cost of living and inflation is higher. Our doller is also worth more... For example... how much is a can of coke in the philippines? just for a price comparisions.
I'd rather not work in a hosptial long term... as a lpn I can also work in care home too.
