How to get right of "nonsecure warning dialog box"? / myLot

I'm not sure whether I'm the only one facing this problem. When I click, I normally get a dialog box warning me about the site and I have to click Allow to continue. This really increases my workload. Instead of click once to open up a site, I have to click twice. Please tell me how to get rid of this annoying Windows dialog box. I want to do the least work and get paid..LOL
