Is it really effective??

They said that Yoga could let you lose weight, is it just only have to do yoga or you have to go together with healthy diet and lots of exercise to get the slim effect.

I think that with any form of exercise it is important to try to find a balance between both healthy eating AND the activity itself. There is no point trying to embrace the true benefits of something like Yoga for example if you are going to eat junk food, smoke and drink at the same time! Sort of defeats the purpose! lol. Any approach to something like this should be as holistic as possible.

I think yoga can give us many effect in our body. I can slim us, it can loose our weight, it can prevent our disease, It can cure our disease. So my friend do regular yoga and you may fit for ever.
