www.wikimapia.org. do you know how to use wikimapia?

my friend showed me the site www.wikimapia.org once.. it uses google earth's digital maps and allows the browser to mark and put note anywhere in the map.. i located our house and put our name in it.. how about you? try it it's fun!!!...

I didn't know about Wikimapia. I've only known about the standard Wiki website. And from what I'm seeing the the page is really cool. I can't believe I didn't know about this. I looked up my town and had some fun with it, lol. My town is pretty small, I've always known this, but on here it looks even smaller. Thanks for sharing.

Ive done that and lol its really good,I use the wilkepedia a lot,for reference,I can think back to when we used to have to use the reference book at school or the local library,and it used to take ages to find what we were looking for,and then now we have al we need to know at the touch of a few buttons,who would have ever thought it
