Naked Beneath The Water is an Indie, psychological horror type movie about a guy who's brother is missing and may have become a part of a new reality show that follows serial killers as they compete to kill victims. The movie makes for a great example of the true Indie experience altogether, as you can see many of the "issues" that plagued the director as they actually happen on screen with cuts of the movie.
