they wear there clothes jack up wearing white socks,have a old out to date hair style wear to much make up.just plain need help?

I've seen the guy on tv, he is 80's fan hardcore he's hairstyle also is 1980's. It has been featured on tv because he cannot step in for new styles, even his attitude is so retro. His mother advice him to have new clothes but he insist on buying of what style at that time, he dance in clubs that is retro also, he has lots of music that is retro and many of them are cassettes too.
