Make money online for free

I know this is a popular discussion, but I was wondering about other sites that pay you for doing different things. I'm not too fond a survey sites because I recently discovered that if you don't read the fine print (like most things...I know) there are tons of misc. charges added to your phone bill. Do I use fake phone number or what? I'm not looking for links because frankly I'm trying to make money for myself, not everyone else. I'm just looking for names of websites, preferrably ones that are free to join. There are two websites I am a member of, but earnings are slow. I have been paid twice from each though and know that they are legit; however, it usually takes 3 to 4 months to reach the minimum payout of $30. I don't mind those sites, so if you know any like that, please include those as well. The two I use are inboxdollars and sendearnings. These are also sites where you earn off of referrals, but I'm not looking for anyone to sign up under me. As I previously stated, I'm in it to make money for myself, not everyone else and I expect there are lots of people that feel the same.
