Here in England it has been raining very fast. I have a flood at the bottom of my garden as the ground is clay and it has no where to go. I have to wade to get to the dust bins!! How are you doing with the rain in your garden?

Hi ya Anne18 My grass is really overgrown but it hasn't stopped raining long enough to cut it! I have two corgette plants that have had so much rain they are finding it hard to grow any corgettes! I have had one decent sized one but the other's are struggling and the slugs have had a go at them too! Rain rain go away!!

The weather is much the same here in Ireland. My back garden was flooded last week and some of the people living close to me couldn't get in or out of their houses. I was one of the lucky ones. Today, it has been raining non stop and the wind was quite strong. As I look through the window now, I can see it beginning to brighten a little and the wind seems to have abated a little. Let's hope we will all see a bit of sunshine at the weekend. I am beginning to wonder what the sun looks like, we see so little of it these days.

I have a really small yard, but i thought i'd brighten it up with a little garden at the bottom of it! It looked beautiful to start with but the wet and windy weather has demolished it completely!! I'm hoping we will get some nicer weather either soon or next year so my little garden that i was so proud of can bloom again!! xxx
