What did you think of them? How bad does it hurt when they snap off? How often do you get them done?

Not just acetone that you would buy from a hardware store tho, you need cosmetic acetone which you should be able to buy from somplace like Sallys or I think I might have bought mine at Wal-mart

Yes I have gotten mine done a few times, I love them...They usually look very good. I've always took them off myself too, which really hurts, cause their on good and tight *lol* I actually haven't got them done in a while..I never need to really cause my own nails grow really well and usually look pretty good without getting them done, when I have the time to take care of them that is. :)

Yes several times, they look good for about a week and they hurt like heck when you have to get them off or the fall off.

i love french manicure! it look so presentable. normally i would love to have a french manicure before a very important meeting. i dont use any artificial nails and as long as i make sure that it's too long, they dont hurt at all, just will get fade off, then i will probably clean them with nail polish remover. coming to think about it, it's been so long since i've had a french manicure.

I love having my nails done. It makes them always look fresh, clean and tidy. They make your hands look presentable. When ive had mine done they looked great. They do hurt if you literally snap them off, i only did that with one, the rest came off no problem. I have my done with the airbrush as i find the paint lasts alot longer. Also i think it is important to give your nails 1week of the month breathing room and let them heal. Flase nails are not healthy for your real nails. So it is important when you dont have them on to take care of them and go without polish for a week.

I have had nails done twice in my life. I love the way they looked, but my gosh, when you are used to short "manageable" nails, it is hard to get used to them! Plus I think I am just too rough with my hands because they only stayed nice for about 3 days. Then they would break, completely snap off, etc. The last time I had them on, my youngest was just a baby, and I could not learn how to change her diaper without poking her at least one time. So she didn't like them either. So for me-I can't deal with them.

I love to get my nails done. I used to go in every two weeks for a French manicure, it made my hands look a lot better & I was working at the time and dealing with people on a daily basis, so I wanted them to look nice. Now I stay at home with my kids, so I don't get my nils done, hardley ever. To remove them I soak them in cosmetic acetone (acrilic nail remover), it makes it a lot less painful & saves $$$ in the long run too.

Everytime I get my nails done I get French done becasue I think that it looks very professinal.Well there was times when I hit them on something and broke one and it was a very painful thing. So I would say that if you were going to get them done to get them short. I am a nurse now so I draw blood, I cant have fingernails on.

i loved them, you need to be able to afford it, and get it done like every one and a half weeks, and no its not bad when you pop one off, now if you bend one and it does not come off that hurts!!! :)

Yes, I use to get mine done every other week, for a long time. The process takes about 30 mins depending on whose doing your nails. The either paint a white tip or airbrush it across the top of your nail. The bottom base coat is either a neutral color or a peach maybe a clear red almost pinkinsh color. I love the way french manicures look! It's not just for certain kinds of hands, anyone can wear it and look great!

i like french manicures too. But i dont and never used faked nails. I kind of just liek french tip so i dont really have to grow my nails long. Im not good at maintaining or being careful with long nails so i prefer it short. I have to go at least 2 times in a month for mani and pedi. when it fade away earlier, just clean it myself. I wish i can do all of it on my own:P

I love the look of french manicures, they make my nails look clean and simple. I try to have one every 2 weeks and I haven't really experienced snapping of my nails. :)

I ahve had my nails done in the past for special occassions. I love the look of them, but they hurt really bad when they snap off. What hurts really bad is when you accidently hit the nail against something. Another reason I like having my nails done is because it helps me. I have a nail biting problem and my natural nails are very short. At least when I ahve may nails done professionly, i cant bit at those.
