Where'd you like to visit?

If you had enough money, and you had to use it just to travel, where would you go? How would you get there? By plane? Boat? Train? Hitchhike? Drive one of those big travel buses? Would you camp out? Get a hotel? Stay at a hostel? Would you explore where you visit? Or just hide out in your room? Would you go with a tour group? Or would you take the path less traveled? This is a pure fantasy question, so go crazy!

I would plan a second trip around the world using as few planes as possible and lots of long train trips would be included. I would travel independently not with a tour group. I would stay in guest hostels, beach huts and tree houses. I would do much exploring and take lots of photos. I would travel from London to Beijing using the Trans Siberian Railway. Along the way I would see Ulan Bator and have an adventure in Mongolia. I would then catch trains through China, then Vietnam, then Cambodia to get to Thailand. I would then explore the land of smiles before flying on to the Philippines. There I would do some island hopping and snorkeling. Next I would fly to Vancouver and I would explore the Rocky Mountains. I would travel by train, bus and boat to Cartagena in Colombia via Central America. I would see the Mayan ruins and watch the wildlife. I would fly home from the Caribbean Island of Tobago.

I know this sounds pretty cliche but I would honestly love to go and back pack around Europe for a year taking my time and discovering things along the way. I don't think I would have a set agenda, just take my time, and enjoy train rides around the country side. But I would have to make sure to see Ireland, Scottland and Wales along my journey.
