hello, could anybody share me some ways for birth control, i mean use of contraceptives, what do u think is most effective. i'm a mother of two right now ages 13 months & 4 months old, both thru caesarian section. i haven't tried any method of contraceptives before thats why my kids have very close age gaps. Aside from the rhythm method, does taking contraceptive pills effective? i have tried consulting my doctor, but i need to know more details about it from those who had personal experiences.

Much as you would get good information and advice here, I would advise that you also consult your personal doctor or local general practitioner for more accurate information, because matters such as this are sensitive. Kudos to those that have already posted advice.

You can either go consult a doctor or, if you live in a large city, there is often a birth control clinic that specializes in this. One contraceptive that my wife uses that is pretty effective, is the sponge. Depending on how stable your relationship is, and how permanent you wanted the birth control to be, you can try talking to your partner about him having a vasectomy. That is 100% effective.
