First trimester Symptoms!

I am 2 months preggo! Well 7 weeks and 2 days. I started morning sickness or should i say mild sickness all day at 6 weeks. And its gettin worse. Its mostly when im hungry i get sick ugh. I have fatique, ache, an awful cold now turned into an awful cough and i only want to eat what i crave. what symptoms do you have?? My HCg are great, theres a good size sac but at 5 weeks 1 day it was empty so im hoping they find a baby on monday at my ultrasound. I also had an ectopic 5 months ago.
