And I really need the solution to that problem. Well it's about paypal, I have an account but it's not verified yet. I don't have a bank account, I don't have money to open one either.
Can I use my mother's credit card or bank account #?
If not what should I do? Can I still receive the money through my paypal even though it's not verified yet?
Is it hopeless...

you can open a nonchecking tell the banker it is for paypal to wire you money a they will set you up the only problem with those type is you dont get checkcard in most cases you have to go into the bank to withdraw cash but 80% will set u up with an acc
