Hi everyone! I joined a board 2 weeks ago called HubPages. At this sight you can write up short articles. I wrote a short article about the Up day down day diet. I would really appreciate your support by going over and reading my little article.

Good job Louise! I thought that was very interesting and I am going to make it a favorite. I think I'm interested in trying that. It sounds practical, and very easy to follow. I've never written an article online before. At least I don't think I have. I know I haven't at least in the last five years! My memory before that is sketchy.
