Drunk drives should be incarcerated and have their license suspended until they complete a rehab program. Someone who is dumb enough to put 100's or even 1000's of people lives in danger because they like to booze it up..Has a problem and needs help. Repeat offenders should be put in prison. Drunk Driving should not be tolerated at all! Nuff' Said.

Some who drives drunk will get away with it if they drive drunk for a long time usually. Then they get caught. 1st offence is not that bad, just a few days in jail. So they keep driving drunk. Then comes the 2nd and 3rd offence. Now they no longer have license. They no longer care, they have played the system for so long that they keep driving. This is the point when they kill while they are drunk driving. Because the system didn't care enough to take care of us, and to protect us, to keep drunk drivers off the roads. My Grandmother and Uncle were ran over while setting on there front porch reading there Bible, by a drunk driver. This happened about 33 years ago, the laws have changed a lot sense then. But a repeat offender can still get in a car a drive drunk, and there is nothing we can do to protect ourselves or our families.
