Best Response

Okay I started a few discussions and I am trying to figure out how the best response works. Does the web site pick the best response or can I do that somehow? I don't want my new friends thinking I am going to jip them and not hang around. Any other tips and tricks for mylot is also apperciated!

You have to pick the Best Response, I have to go through mine an pick some I have have been lazy about it.
